Good Day,
I have a Razer Viper Ultimate that isnt working for a few days now. When plugging in the receiver/dock, Synapse detects it, but not the mouse. When I plug directly to the mouse, it still doesnt get detected, and no power goes to the mouse. I have opened the mouse and cleaned it, disconnected and reseated all the wires, but still nothing happens.
I have also tested it on multiple other devices and the same happens there.
Could the PCB be the problem in this case?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
