I bought a razer viper ultimate like 4 months ago. It was working fine (wirelessly with the dock) but one day when playing a game it randomly started disconnecting and reconnecting. I tried everything. Reinstalled razer synapse tried without the razer synapse tried other ports with or without dock even tried messing around in the razer synapse settings and also tried on other devices. Nothing works. It works wired without a problem. It makes the windows sound of connecting and disconnecting something rapidly.

Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and check for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
