Razer Viper Ultimate Quartz Not Charging When Connected to Dock

Hi everyone,
I have a Razer Viper Ultimate Quartz Edition, and recently I've been having an issue with charging. When the battery runs out and I place the mouse on the charging dock (dongle), the charging indicator lights up like it’s charging, but the battery percentage doesn’t increase at all — it just stays the same or turns off after a while.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there any fix for this, or should I contact Razer Support directly?
I’ve tried cleaning the charging contacts and resetting the mouse, but the problem still persists.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I had the same issue. However, it randomly won’t recognize the dongle when ever I disconnect the USB cable. Tried connecting the USB cable to my VU mouse and it does works fine. My mouse charges the batt like it use to be. But when I plug in the USB to my charging dock. The mouse lights up like its charging but the charging wont light up. As what I experience it is not charges the battery instead it drains the battery.
