As the title says my brand new razer viper ultimate randomly stops working and the only way i fix it is if i unplug the wireless dongle and plug it back in

    Do you hear any connect/disconnect peripheral sound in OS? Check if the cables/dongle are properly (tightly) plugged in, and check if the cables/dongle are connected directly to your motherboard (not via some USB Hub).
