Razer Viper Ultimate Receiver no longer works! I need an replacement ASAP. Shipping to Indonesia.

Hi, today I got a problem with my Razer Viper Ultimate Wireless Receiver, right now I can’t connect to the mouse anymore without wired cable. Since there is no bluetooth built in, I need a replacement for the Receiver ASAP.

Right now I'm in Indonesia, and my local Razer Reseller couldn’t even help me for ordering me the Razer Receiver.
Could anyone help me or anyone in Razer Support Team could help me? I would appreciate it alot.

Thank you for sharing your concern here. You can submit a support ticket here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support. Once there, navigate to "Contact Razer Support," then select "PC Products," followed by "Peripherals," and finally enter your device's serial number.
