Razer Viper Ultimate Skipping

I’ve had this viper ultimate for a couple of years now, and never has it ever stuttered or skipped until about a day ago.  It happens randomly and is extremely annoying when I’m trying to play shooters.  I play on an Xbox with kbm.  I’ve already cleaned the sensor glass with alcohol, updated the firmware of the mouse, and plugged the wireless dongle into other ports; however, none have worked.  Clip of problem here: https://www.xbox.com/en-US/play/media/JxVyixrsTx
