I have this mouse on the way from Amazon but I wanted to make sure that I'm going to be able to reprogram the buttons on my Mac since is what I use. I see there's no support for Synapse 3 in Macs but what about Synapse 2 or 1? Can I reprogram buttons in that software in a Mac if I bought this mouse from 2019? Thanks in advance.

Razer Viper is using Synapse 3, which is NOT available on macOS. You can try 3rd party project called Razer macOS, but be aware, that not all settings are available: https://github.com/1kc/razer-macos You can always plug the mouse to Windows PC and store your settings into mouse onboard memory.
