Razer Viper V2 Pro dongle not detected

Hi,

I got a problem with a dongle. I am using Razer Viper V2 Profor almost 3 years. Today i turn on my computer and it don’t detect a dongle. What can I do to use my mouse wireless again?

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, please send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds along the way.
