razer viper v2 pro dongle replacement

Hi,

My Razer Viper V2 Pro dongle stopped working a couple of days ago. I tried plugging it into different USB ports and different computers, but nothing happens, it’s completely dead.

The mouse itself works perfectly over a wired connection.

Since my mouse is out of warranty, I’m wondering which dongle replacement I should buy that is compatible with it:



Razer Viper Ultimate USB HyperSpeed Dongle--->this is out of stock, but will it work for the Razer Viper V2 Pro?

Razer Mice and Keyboards USB HyperSpeed Dongle-→ will this work for the Razer Viper V2 Pro?


Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle --->this is compatible, but I don’t really care about the 4K polling rate. It would be my last choice unless none of the others are compatible.

Yes, both the USB HyperSpeed Dongle and HyperPolling Wireless Dongle will work with the Razer Viper V2 Pro. I can still check our inventory for a replacement dongle. Where are you currently located? Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and for proper documentation.
