Razer viper v2 pro dongle stopped working

Hi, I bought a Viper V2 Pro, and after using it for some time it started disconnecting the dongle from my PC, I had to remove the usb dongle wait a little while and put it back for it to start working again… Now after some more weeks it completely stopped working and i can only use it with the wire...

I googled a bit and i seen more people have this problem but without a fix.

Is there someone here that has a fix? if not, can someone link me the correct support page please <3

I am having the same experience. Ever since I bought my viper v2 pro 3 months ago the dongle never worked. I thought it may just be an firmware issue so I was waiting for the updates, but couple of updates later its still not working. I had a few discussions on Reddit and seems like a LOT of people are having the same experience. No quick fix from Razer..
