Razer Viper V2 pro hyperpolling problem

Hi. Hello there. A few days ago I bought a new Viper V2 pro mouse. The mouse works, but the hyperpolling dongle does not. LED light does not light up. Synapse detects mouse ok. But the hyperpolling dongle is not detecting it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Synapse 3. I tried different usb ports. I also tried it on a different computer. same problem persists. I need a working hyperpolling dongle. Or I will return the mouse.
