Razer viper v3 hyperspeed stuttering / lagging

Hello i bought this mouse but i have weird issues with games like Valorant or CS, doing specific motions like looking left and right the mouse is acting weird freezing for couple seconds, dongle in USB 3.0 port its even worse, in 2.0 motherboard its better but i still have those issues especially in Counter Strike. First it was also on desktop like mouse would lag and all, I updated the firmware for both dongle and the mouse, it fixed desktop stutters but not in game.  I have tried other things,  like disabling fullscreen optimization made it better in valorant nothing seems to completely fix it. One thing i did not try yet is to use USB adapter and keep dongle close to mouse. I also have on my desk wifi router, tried movong it below desk more on right but it doesnt seem to change anything
