Razer Viper v3 middle button dont work

Hi, since today my mouse button 3 dont work when razer synapse is off, but when i open it is working what’s happened? I think this is Razer Synapse error. All Drivers updated from my mouse and i tried to reset my mouse. 

This started from today.

Synapse > Customize > change your Scroll Click from Default to Mouse Function > Scroll Click > Save? Then test the mouse without Synapse and see if the issue continues.

Razer support,

 

I’m counting at least 5 community posts describing this exact issue, plus many posts on Reddit. This is OBVIOUSLY a software bug in Synapse 4. Please fix the bug instead of asking customers to do generic stuff like update the driver and firmware. The issue is clearly happening with the latest versions, too.
