I've had my Razer Viper V3 Pro for about 4 weeks now. I’ve spent some time adjusting the settings and noticed that there's an option for curves, which affects the mouse’s speed and responsiveness. After some successful testing, I decided I no longer wanted to use the curve setting and tried to turn it off. Unfortunately, the curve still seems to be active—my mouse behaves strangely when aiming.
Deleting the setting or reinstalling the software hasn’t helped. I even tried downgrading the mouse firmware, but that didn’t work either. I also tried performing a factory reset through the app, which seemed to work, but the curve remains active. Disabling it in the software does nothing—it seems like it's still saved on the mouse somehow.
It feels like some kind of "ghost curve"—that’s the only way I can describe it. For example, it's like setting the DPI to 1600 in the app, but in-game it still feels like 400 DPI. I need urgent help with this, as I was really looking forward to using this mouse.
