Razer Viper V3 Pro Middle Mouse Wheel Button dont work right

Hey Razer Community,

I'm facing an issue with my mouse's middle wheel button. It works perfectly fine when Razer Synapse is open, but the moment I close Synapse, it stops working. This happens consistently, and I’m not sure what’s causing it.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix to make the middle mouse button work even when Synapse is closed? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you updated the firmware of your mouse by downloading from this link? Please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it for your case.

I fully Uninstalled Razer Synapse also The Register Data with Revo Uninstaller.
I fully Uninstalled all Driver that are using HID and more.

I still dont understand why it wont work without Razer Synapse

I also tested Differend devices  and still not working with out synapse 

(Dont care if its Dongle or Wired)
