I’ve had the razer mouse for 1 year-ish, I started off using it with my steelseries QCK heavy XL, no problems at all. A few months after getting the mouse I won a raffle for a new mousepad, a steelseries QCK performance speed XL.
After using it for a bit I noticed my mouse having zones where it would skip/lag and not track properly. These zones grew bigger and the mat was unusable. I switched back to my old pad, no issues. I tried a different mouse on the new one and no issues. I figured I needed to wash the new pad, so after putting that off for a while I recently got that done. The issues persisted. I went in to the store where I bought the mouse, they tested it with other mouse pads and there seems to be no fault with the mouse, except for when using it on my pad, and similar ones from the store. My question is, is this a known thing? Because I googled before choosing this pad from the giveaway and no results came up, and even googling it now, it doesn’t seem to be a widely known issue.
