whenever I noticed my mouse is about to die, I switch to wired mode. Only problem is, when I unplug it (And plug the wireless dongle back in) it wont reconnect to wireless. So I am forced restart my PC for it to conenct back. I do have Synapse installed and I did my firmware update which is already the latest version.

Can you uninstall your mouse drivers by following the steps form this article and check if the issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue.
