Razer Viper V3 Wireless – Clicks randomly stop registering

Hello Razer Support,

I have a problem with my Razer Viper V3 Wireless (non-Pro version).

The lateral buttons and the left click randomly stop registering even though I am still pressing them. It feels like the mouse thinks I lifted my finger, even when I didn’t. This usually happens when I don’t press very hard.

When this happens:

  • The click is not registered

  • There is no click sound

  • My finger is still on the button

This makes the mouse unusable in games and normal use. The mouse is wireless, stock settings, no physical damage.

I would like to know if this is a known issue and what can be done (replacement, repair, or fix).
