Hello there,
Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging the dongle directly into your PC's motherboard. Also, is it possible for you to try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your Viper V4 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our system and for proper documentation.
