Let me assist you with your mouse. Aside from not being detected by Synapse, is the mouse working fine? Have you uninstalled your mouse drivers by following the steps from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the Synapse issue you're currently experiencing.
