My Razer Deathadder Elite suddenly stopped working today.There is no light on the mice, and when connected to the PC, windows says it is not recognized. Tried to re-install Razer synapse to update the drivers, however my mice is not even in there now.. Changed to 4 different USB ports to test the mice, none worked.Tried it on several laptops its the same thing.

    RMA it if you still have warranty. This can be faulty cable or something wrong with the PCB Board.

    try another computer if you can and see if its a cable problem or software problem
