I can remember they worked at the beginning, then just stoped. I did firmware updates cleaned the metal sensors on the side. I tried remaping those top buttons. I tried usb dongle, cable and bluetooth connections, no luck. I have a little Software that monitors all incoming keypresses and mousclicks and I can confirm now: The two buttons dont send anything like they dont exist.
If anyone could point me in the right direction to fix this, that would be absolutely amazing.

It may be failed switches (that’s strange that both failed), or the cable from small PCB to the main PCB or the small PCB itself.
Is there any guide on howe to dismantle the thing? cant see any screws.
