Bought this mouse 6 days ago. Used it pretty light these 6 days and when I was trying to charge the mouse by connection the mouse with the cable to the pc, the mouse is no longer recognizable to the computer. Tried connecting with my mac, other pc and even my friend’s computer and it all didn’t work.
Dongle does show connections and the cable does connect the dongle to the computer, but just the mouse itself is no longer recognizable. I updated my windows to the latest and I waited an hour before plugging the mouse back to the computer.
Don’t know if this is a known issue but I can find similar forums with similar topics but non has a solution to the problem.
Someone Please help.
