Hello Razer Support Team,

I am writing to report persistent and serious issues with my Razer Naga Pro mouse.

Device Information:

Detail Value
Product Razer Naga Pro
Serial Number 632125H16201418
Firmware Version 2.3.2.0
UI Version 1.0. [removed by moderator]
Synapse Version 4.0. [removed by moderator]

Issues:

  1. Bluetooth disconnections: The mouse frequently loses Bluetooth connectivity and fails to maintain a stable connection.
  2. "Device Not Recognized" on wired connection: Even when connected via USB cable, the mouse randomly shows a "USB Device Not Recognized" error — the issue is not limited to wireless mode.
  3. Reproduces on multiple PCs: Tested on multiple different computers — same issues on all, confirming a hardware defect.
  4. Minimal usage: The mouse has had very light usage, yet problems still appear, indicating a quality/reliability issue.

Purchase History: This is my 5th Razer mouse purchase. Every year, after a short period, strange issues appear that render the mouse unreliable and force me to buy a replacement. This recurring pattern is unacceptable for a premium product.

Troubleshooting Performed:

  • ✅ Re-paired Bluetooth multiple times
  • ✅ Connected via USB cable (still get "Device Not Recognized")
  • ✅ Updated & reinstalled Razer Synapse
  • ✅ Updated USB & Bluetooth drivers
  • ✅ Tested on multiple different computers
  • ✅ Restarted mouse & computers multiple times

Conclusion: The problem occurs on both wireless AND wired connections, across multiple PCs, with minimal usage — this is clearly a hardware defect.

I kindly request a replacement or refund. Thank you.
