so im trying to register my razer viper ultimate but it says s/n does not match with product number although im 100% sure im typing it correctly

Same issue here with Huntsman Quartz edition. Tried a few times. I don't think I'm able to change the Chroma lighting effects until it is registered either?

I didnt have to register my huntsman te to change the chromo lighting, did you download the drivers for it? or have synapse

why do people not reply

I had the same issue with my Basilisk Ultimate. I connected to razer via the chat support and they gave me a NEW product number. Using the new product number, I was able to register the product. This happened a couple days ago.
