Ive used my Viper Ultimate for a long time now, but since a couple of weeks it keeps frequently discontecting…Ive tryed the Pairing Utility, but it doesnt work, keeps flickering on and off.
Is it somehow possible to get a replacement Dongle for the Viper Ultimate (removed serial number)?

I’m sorry to hear that your Viper Ultimate mouse is intermittently disconnecting from the 2.4 GHz dongle. Please try the troubleshooting steps outlined in this article to see if that resolves the issue. I’ve also checked our inventory for the dongle you need, but unfortunately, it is currently unavailable, and I don’t have an estimated date for when it will be back in stock.
In the meantime, I recommend checking this link periodically to see if the part becomes available again. You might also want to search at other retailers to see if they have it in stock.
