Hello Razer,I am writing to request assistance with obtaining a replacement wireless dongle for my Razer Viper V3 Pro. Unfortunately, my original dongle is no longer usable, and I understand that this specific model requires a dedicated receiver that cannot be replaced by the standard retail HyperPolling Dongle.

Could you please let me know how I can purchase an official replacement dongle directly from you, or if this can be handled as a replacement service?Thank you for your help, and I look forward to your reply.
