I had purchased a Razer Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed mouse from Flipkart on 7th August 2023. Not there are random cursor movements and clicks so i want to claim warranty as i heard it has a 2 year warranty. But i am not able to register the product as it keeps saying wrong serial number.
Please help.

You can still try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t work, then send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and help you with the registration. I’ll also check the warranty status.
