scroll toggle button not saving custom preset on basilisk v3 | Razer Insider

this issue started out after the lastest update where now if i close synapse and use any of my profiles the only mapping that automatically reverts to default is the scroll toggle button. i have tried resetting the memory, redoing the mapping, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers and synapse and i am still having the same issue. i am assuming this is some sort of driver level issue because this mouse is brand new and the mappings are fine if synapse is running.

Did you perform the device reset by going to the Razer Synapse settings? Have you tried connecting it to another USB port or computer? Ensure that the mouse is plugged in directly to your computer, not on a USB hub. Should the issue persists, please send me a PM. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
