Scroll Wheel Suddenly Not Working Razer Basilisk V3 Pro Wired Mouse

My scroll wheel worked without any issues and now stopped working without any reason why
I have tried to fix the problem in the following ways: I reinstalled drivers for the mouse, I reinstalled the firmware for the mouse, I tried the mouse on a different PC and multiple USB ports, Lastly I uninstalled and reinstalled Razer Synapse.

Hi Falldown_,

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If that didn’t work out, then drop me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds. All the best!
