I’m a long-time fan of Razer gear and I’ve spent years trying to find a Razer Turret V1 (RZ01-0133). I finally managed to get one recently, but unfortunately, the mouse is not working.
I’ve already checked the battery with a multimeter and it’s healthy, so the issue seems to be with the mouse PCB itself. Razer's local support in Brazil is no longer available and when I try to contact them, they simply redirect me to the official global support. Since this is a legacy product, I haven't been able to find anyone locally who can fix it or provide parts.
I really want to get this kit working for my setup. Does anyone know if there is a specialized repair service that accepts international shipments for out-of-warranty repairs?
