Serial Number Not Recognized – Warranty Inquiry


Hello Razer Support Team,

I recently purchased a Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro Faker Edition, and I wanted to check its warranty period by entering the serial number (S/N: PM2317H30102438) into Razer’s system. However, the system does not recognize the serial number and states that no such product exists.

Could you please assist me with this issue? How can I verify my serial number, and how can I check my warranty period?
