Hello, i dont know exactly what model is, but a lot of years. And the synapse 2 , dont recognize it. I used an app for this orochi, only for the mouse, but now i dont see it here in the razer’s web. ANd i know i have seen it and use it before.

If your mouse is not recognisable, then check if you have Riot Vanguard anti-cheat software installed. If yes - remove this, and reboot your PC: https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044648213-Uninstalling-and-Disabling-Riot-Vanguard
