Good day. I have been using the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K mouse for about 1 month, and during operation I noticed that the backlight corner, next to the button where the additional Hyperspeed button is located, sometimes strangely blinks a barely noticeable red color.
Does anyone know what is going on? Is the problem hardware or software?
I tried reinstalling Synapse 4 and Chroma, but the problem persists.
The mouse itself works fine, so the problem is not critical, but I would still like to know what is going on. Sharp unexpected blinks, especially in the dark, are sometimes strange. A video with an example of blinking is attached
Approximately 20 to 23 seconds and 32 to 38.

Hello,

I stumbled upon this post after I learned that mine is doing the same thing. But its only doing it when synapse is running. If you try to turn synapse off it will cycle the colors normally without any flicker atleast for me. Or did you find out about any solution to this?  I also tried to reinstall synapse but that did nothing..

Hi,

same thing for mine (a phantom green edition received today), the same led shown in the video blinks, erratically it seems, but in green in my case.

I don’t use Synapse (not even installed) but SignalRGB to control everything and except for this blinking everything works fine.

I have the same issue in the phantom green edition I received today. Just saw the video of the sample. Its the same location in the corner.

Turning off synapse also worked for me. The colors cycle normally without flickering when I turn synapse off. SO, I guess its a software issue.
