Surface mouse pad Calibration Razer Synapse

why every time i restart my pc, the calibration of the mouse pad in the razer synapse is undone. When the pc starts, the mouse has a very high elevation interval, as if i had not done the calibration, it happens every time i restart the pc. Thanks in advance. Mouse: Naga Hex V2

    thanks for respond. Didn't work, i tested every port i have. and on my laptop is the same. every time i turn on i need recalibrate. :frown_:
