Synapse 3 not recognizing window key in keyboard function -> key recording



Anyone else have this issue? could it be the keyboard i have? the windows key is not disabled. i am able to unlock it to check. i only find the windows key in modifiers but it doesnt allow me to add a second key. I am using a basilisk.

any help would be appreciated.
