After the installation of Synapse 4 my DeathAdder V2 X HyperSpeed cursor stopped working. Being it has been working without any issue with Synapse 3 for years, and stopped working exactly after updating to Synapse 4, I would say it’s not something related to the mice itself.
I updated the driver just in case, but this did not solve the issue.
I surfed the net and found out there have been several cases of mice malfunctioning after synapse 4 installation, therefore there could be some common root involved.
Any insight by the support team would be greatly appreciated.
