I’ve a problem with my razer cyberpunk limited edition Viper Ultimate. I’ve update it at last firmware with the Razer Tool, I’ve reinstalled synapse, I’ve registered my product on Razer website etc but razer still don’t recognize it.
If I press “?” in the synapse’s mouse page, appear “NOSERIALNUMBER”.
Can someone help me please? thanks
