Hello, i would like to get some help please ! I just bought the 'razer deathadder essential' today and synapse 3 is not detecting the mouse. Any help with that please. Thanks in advance.

    How to fix Razer Synapse not detecting mouse/keyboard
    • Troubleshoot the hardware problem.
