SYNAPSE not recognizing two charging docks
hi, i have viper ultimate and basilisk ultimate.
they both are connected to my desktop, and only one charging dock is recognized on synapse.
i cant change RGB color on second charging dock, and even the charging state won't show when 2 mice are put on the docks. Only one dock works properly...
Does anyone know how to fix this? or do i have wait for RAZER to update SYNAPSE?

+1L_LisI think it's more complicated, since charging docks are using the same PID/VID value, so for Synapse are both the same devices... and Synapse doesn't support 2 (or more) same devices connected in the same time.

FiszPLIsn't it possible to change PID/VID Value with firmware update? They must fix this problem anyway... Thanks FiszPL for the replay!
