I have a deathadder v2 pro mouse and the charging dock thing. ive switched to a new pc, and i installed synapse, and even though both devices are plugged and connected, the devices do not show up in synapse. i use the right version of synapse for my devices, since i know it worked on my older pc. the devices are registered in my account.
please help
