I tried everything, reset and reinstalled programs, installed different panels. Nothing helped.

What specific device you have? Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? Let me know via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for some troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
