The mouse software does not work

Greetings, there is a problem. I use the Razer DeathAdder v3 HyperSpeed mouse and have installed Razer Synapse to it. I adjusted the mouse to my game, reassigned the side buttons to the numbers on the keyboard so that it would be convenient to jump through the cells in the inventory. Today I log into the game and nothing works. I tried reinstalling the application, updating the drivers, restarting the computer, restarting the application itself and running it as an administrator. Nothing helps. But as soon as I connected the mouse directly to the PC via a wire, everything immediately worked. All the reassigned buttons are working. And when connected via a dongle, it works like a regular mouse. At the same time, I can switch sensitivity levels, but not to reassign any key. Help please

Hi, Are you using the standard wireless dongle or the hyperpolling dongle? And are you using Synapse 4?

I had a similar problem with Synapse 4 and my mouse configs not working while using the standard dongle. Been avoiding Synapse 4 for a year because of it. But recently my old dongle stopped working so I thought I would give the hyperpolling dongle a try. I also though I would once again try Synapse 4 and to my surprise my mouse configs now work after pairing my Deathadder V3 pro to the hyperpolling dongle.

Hi, I've already solved the problem. I use a standard dongle, synapse 4. The problem was in Windows, namely that the operating system defined the mouse not as Razer, but as the most common mouse. You can view this in the Device manager. Connect by wire (or hyperpolling dongle) and see in the device manager if the mouse is detected as a Razer or just a HID-compatible mouse. In the second case, I had problems with Synapse, it just didn't work. The solution was to remove all HID-compatible devices, switch the mouse to another slot on the motherboard and play with the drivers in the device manager itself. Eventually, Windows was able to initialize the Razer DeathAdder V3 HyperSpeed mouse and Synapse started working.
