I bought a mouse razer viper v2 pro and scrolling mouse wheel does not work correctly can anyone know what can help (mouse 2 year old)

The mouse wheel does not work properly when scrolling
+1Spray some air inside (left side of the scroll) - it may help in some cases.
But if it’s still doing the same after cleaning and you have valid warranty - RMA it.
My situation is the same as yours. When I scroll up or down, it jumps abnormally. When I scroll down or up, it scrolls in the opposite direction. I bought my mouse in April 2023. I would like to ask if you have solved your problem?

If cleaning won’t help. Only scroll encoder replacement will help (requires soldering).
