The Razer Deathsdder V2 PRO mouse sensor is not working. I've already plugged the wires into different USB cells and rebooted the computer and drivers, but nothing. Although when I plug the wire into the adapter so that it is seamless, it works, but not directly through the wire, what should I do?

Hello there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can try reinstalling your mouse’s drivers and update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
