I have had my razer deathadder v2 pro for a little under a year and there is the noise of my mouse disconnecting and reconnecting even thought it doesnt effect the mouse its driving me crazy everyone says delete synapse and redownload it and it does nothing even when i turn off the mouse it still plays the sound please help me
OK so I had this problem with the Viper V2 Pro Original 2.4GHz Dongle this past winter… I contacted Razer and they sent me a new 2.4GHz Dongle in the mail given you provide the proper information and all that for warranty.
The Original Dongle was doing exactly what you described so I bet you Razer would probably send you a new dongle in the mail, although you’ll have to do the pairing utility deal to make it pair up with the DeathAdder V2 Pro, the program can be a little tricky to find tho that does all this but its around!
I would hit up Razer Support to see if they will send u a new dongle dude, they did for me for the Viper V2 Pro! It took a few days to arrive at best.
The dongle they send you will not say your product’s name on it tho, it’ll just be a generic named one that says HyperSpeed on it, it won’t say DAV2PRO or w/e they put on the original dongle, at least that’s what the one they sent me said on it.
