Hi everyone,
When I move my DeathAdder V2 (cabled) mouse quickly left/right it’s USB connectivity drops. It’s fine if I moved it north/South. When I stop the fast action, USB reconnects.
The issues is reproduced by moving the mouse very fast left and right over about 20cm. I’m using a Windows 10 laptop and have synapse v20230928. The Razer Deathadder V2 driver is dated 18.08.2020 and s version 10.0.15063.0. Mouse is updated to latest firmware.
When I remove all Razer software and drivers, to use Windows native drivers, it works fine, never drops. So it’s not a hardware issue.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
