Use Naga Trinity From Remote Computer??

Hi, I use the Naga Trinity at work, but I'm working from home now. It seems that the custom "Text Function" does not enter any text to the destination computer since it's plugged into the computer at home. Tech Support suggested using Macros, but that didn't work either. Any advice on how to get around this? Win 10, Using "Log Me In" as the remote platform to 2nd computer. Working on AutoCad. Thanks so much!
