I bought the BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed, but I feel that the mic quality and sound volume are lower over the dongle connection than when using it via the USB cable. Also, I hear crackling sounds from the mic when listening to recordings in wireless mode!?
What should I do? Has anyone faced the same issue?

Yes, I did... but the total volume is still low, while the direct USB connection is higher. I tried to increase the Normalization enhancement to avoid this in wireless mode. It works, but I think it's not really fixed
