- I have viper8 k and win11 on friday after 11 month when i use browser the chrome light turn off and the sensor. After that the mice dont get connect only doi stage is blinking some times. Usb on pc works. Inuse now a 10 years old mice whitout problem. Tomorrow i will test it on win10 . Is the mice now death? So i can buy a new one or try it to change on warranty. But mice for 100 € works 11 months. I use only for office work.

Check the Device Manager within the Control Panel and see if it detects the Mouse
